That's Olive | Twisted Lands 3: Origin
HOPA Β· Horror
β Complete
A prequel Β· The island of Tormente, before the terror had a name Β· Where all of it began
Every story has a beginning, and few are as ugly as this one. Origin winds the clock back to before Tormente became the island that broke everyone who set foot on it β dozens of bloodcurdling locations, cleverly built puzzles, and the birth of the thing the other two games spend their runtime running from. Gibs will open every drawer on the way down. Olive already knows what's waiting at the bottom.
That's Olive | Twisted Lands 2: Insomniac
HOPA Β· Horror
β Complete
Angel's turn Β· A mental hospital Β· What's real and what isn't
Angel β the wife of the man from the first game β wakes up locked inside a mental hospital, and Insomniac spends its whole runtime refusing to tell her, or you, which parts are actually happening. Psychological horror that runs on doubt. Gibs will trust the wrong hallway at least once. Olive will have clocked what's real from the opening frame.
That's Olive | Twisted Lands 1: Shadow Town
HOPA Β· Horror
β Complete
Collector's Edition Β· A deserted island Β· Why does the dark room make your heart race?
A Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure that's really a study in fear β a deserted island, a dark room your body reacts to before your brain does, something invisible whispering at your ear. He gathered every item, solved every puzzle, and made the spine-chilling discoveries the island had been holding onto. Olive knew why his heart rate spiked before he did. This Collector's Edition ran with all the extras.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #7: Ballad of Rapunzel
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
βΆ Up Next
Up Next Β· A song that summons pollen Β· A princess at the centre of it Β· A shadow that won't introduce itself
Floralia has a pollen problem, and the trail leads to a melody β Rapunzel's, sung in a way that pulls the stuff out of the air. How a once-beloved princess learned to weaponise a lullaby is the open question, and the shadowy figure never far from her side isn't volunteering answers. Gibs will hum along. Olive already knows the second verse.
βΆ Up next β the ballad is queued.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #6: Jack and the Sky Kingdom
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
βΆ Up Next
Up Next Β· A kingdom falls out of the sky Β· A treasure hunter named Jack Β· Trust issues, pending
The legendary Sky Kingdom turns up uninvited and opens fire on a town that did nothing to earn it. The Fairytale Detective goes in to pull people out and meets Jack β a treasure hunter with a quiet history tied to the Kingdom and the tragedy underneath all of it. Gibs will befriend Jack on sight. Olive will be right about Jack eventually.
βΆ Up next β Jack is waiting.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #5: The Final Cinderella
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
β Complete
An evil Godmother Β· A hunt for the last Cinderella Β· Olive already has notes
A witch who answers to "Godmother" has spent decades hunting maidens, looking for the one the stories call Cinderella. Find the Final Cinderella, get her clear of the Godmother, and shut down a plan that ends with the world under her thumb. Gibs will say yes before the synopsis finishes. Olive already knows where the slipper is.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #4: The Red Riding Hood Sisters
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
β Complete
2026 Β· The Wolf Queen returns Β· An order of sisters Β· He walked straight at the wolf
Centuries ago the first Red Riding Hood put the wolf down and founded an order to keep it that way. The Wolf Queen disagreed β she trapped the sisters and lined up legions of wolves for the rest of the world. The fabled detective got the call. Gibs picked every herb, opened every cottage, and walked straight at the Wolf Queen. Olive had read the ending back in the prologue.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #3: Rise of the Snow Queen
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
β Complete
2026 Β· The Snow Queen woke badly Β· Children missing Β· Olive knew how it ended
The Snow Queen slept a long time and woke up worse for it. Children vanished from a village at the edge of her frozen kingdom, the snow refused to stop, and somewhere in the ice was a story that only ended in sorrow if nobody stepped in. They stepped in. They always do. Olive called the ending before the ice did β he still went looking for every shard of it.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #2: The Exiled Prince
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
β Complete
2026 Β· A cursed prince Β· A forest full of frogs Β· Praise the frog
The fairy tale never ended. The Frog Prince has been wandering the Black Forest for centuries, and now the chancellorβs daughter has gone missing. Fourteen episodes of Olive already knowing and Gibs touching every frog he passed β which was all of them. The frogs were not optional. He never treated them as such. They reached the end together. The incantation was genuine.
That's Olive | Dark Parables #1: Curse of Briar Rose
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
β Complete
2026 Β· Edinburgh, Scotland Β· The prince kissed her and got a tombstone
One of the most iconic hidden object games ever made. They picked it together. It was the right call. A thousand-year-old sleeping curse, illustrated fairy tale rooms, and two people discovering they were very good at this together. The garment dagger still cannot open the envelope. She knew before they tried. She waited anyway.
That's Olive | Cursery: The Crooked Man and the Crooked Cat
HOPA Β· Hidden Object
β Complete
2026 Β· Nursery rhymes. A crooked man. A cat with a history.
Heβd played hundreds of hidden object games. He picked this one deliberately β a developer he knew she loved, a world dark enough to be interesting and weird enough to be fun. It was a test of sorts. She passed immediately. The scarecrow had one job. The cane was supposed to thwart everything. Neither delivered. Olive noted both. The series ends with her saying βwe try not to worry about the hope of logicβ β and meaning it as a compliment.
That's Olive | Fears to Fathom: Scratch Creek
Indie Horror Β· Co-op
β Complete
2026 Β· A young couple Β· One wrong turn Β· They made the right choices together
Tessa and Marcus are leaving Oregon for a fresh start when the drive goes sideways and strands them in Scratch Creek β a small town that has clearly been expecting someone. The couple survives because, between them, they keep choosing right. So did these two. They ran it twice β blind from Marcus's side, then again from Tessa's β and spent most of both turning a doomed road trip into a hose fight, a chauffeur routine, and a running text thread with somebody's dad. Co-op horror runs on trust, and trust is the one thing they have never been short of. She nudged. He drove into the dark anyway.
That's Olive | Mouthwashing
Psychological Horror Β· Narrative
β Complete
2025 Β· Olive asked Gibs to play it Β· She did not explain what it was
Five crew members. One crashed freighter. Walls of mouthwash they've started drinking. She described it as nudging, not a gun. He came out the other side having watched a giant pony appear in a corridor, referenced Amnesia as his benchmark for scared, and confirmed this cleared it. They both agreed it was extraordinary. Quietly. The way you do when something actually was.
Deadly Premonition
Open World Β· Survival Horror Β· Solo
β Complete
2025 Β· Her all-time favourite Β· She watched every single stream Β· He played it for her
Technically a solo series β but she was there for every stream β probably. She should have been, it's her fault he played it β and that was the point. Deadly Premonition is janky, broken, bizarre, and one of the most charming games ever made. He'd played it before. He'd never had anyone to share it with. She fixed that. He laughed at things that shouldn't be funny and couldn't stop. She knew he would.
Deadly Premonition 2
Open World Β· Survival Horror Β· Solo
β³ Coming Soon
He promised Β· She is waiting Β· This is a binding contract
A sequel set in Louisiana with a skateboard, a detective, and lore that somehow makes the first game weirder in retrospect. He is nervous. She keeps nudging. This is a pattern.
β³ Coming β eventually. She knows.
That's Olive | Resident Evil 6
Survival Horror Β· Co-op
β Complete
2025 Β· Four campaigns Β· She knew every one Β· He kept up where he could
Four campaigns, a cast of characters she knew inside out, and twenty episodes of Olive arriving fully prepared for everything the game was about to throw at them. She tracked the lore, called the plot turns, and kept both of them moving through one of the most chaotic entries in the franchise. The warmth of RE5 had become full fluency. Gibs kept up where he could.
That's Olive | Resident Evil 5
Survival Horror Β· Co-op
β Complete
2025 Β· Their first time playing anything together Β· Matching outfits by episode three
Two huge RE fans finally playing their game together. Neither of them expected the warmth that arrived alongside the zombies. By episode three they had matching outfits and a rhythm neither of them planned. The chicken coop eggs were a choice. A good one.
